Refund and Returns Policy for Pineapple Sales

At Pineapple Sales, we are committed to providing you with high-quality vehicles and excellent customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning vehicles and obtaining refunds.
1. Returns
You have [14] days from the date of purchase to return a vehicle. To be eligible for a return, the vehicle must meet the following conditions:
- The vehicle must be in the same condition as when it was delivered.
- The vehicle must not have been used beyond a reasonable test drive.
- The vehicle must include all original documentation, accessories, and components.
- You must provide the original sales receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Vehicles
Certain vehicles are exempt from being returned, including:
- Customised or specially ordered vehicles
- Vehicles sold “as-is” or without warranty
- Vehicles that have been registered with the relevant authorities
- Vehicles that have undergone significant modification or alteration
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Once your return is authorised, arrange for the vehicle to be delivered back to our location. Please ensure the vehicle is in the same condition as when it was delivered to you.
Please note that you will be responsible for the transportation costs for returning the vehicle unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective vehicle).
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned vehicle, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment within [7] days. Please note the following:
- Transportation costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return transportation will be deducted from your refund (unless the return is due to our error).
5. Exchanges

6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
